A testament to our commitment and expertise, these are the services we once offered. Each one has played a significant role in shaping our portfolio and strengthening our credibility. Our past services reflect our dedication to making a difference and our ability to adapt to the evolving needs of our community.

The North Dakota Rent Help Program was a service we offered that was designed to provide up to 12 months of temporary rent assistance for qualified low- and moderate-income households. This included payment of rent, arrears, future rent, and other housing supports. We had a dedicated team at Community Action Agencies across North Dakota to assist applicants throughout the process. Our goal was to ensure that everyone had access to the help they needed, and we encouraged individuals to reach out to their local Community Action Agency for assistance.

Candor’s ND RENT HELP Clinic’s objective was to create a safe and structured environment to assist individuals in obtaining sustainable housing. Along with various other services, we offered a resource called the ‘Ladder of Success Workshop Series.’ It was designed to empower individuals with the knowledge to successfully navigate the challenges accompanying chronic homelessness. Our clinic held the capacity to serve up to 15 individuals at a time. The first session was always dedicated to completing the application process. The remaining sessions focused on various support services such as food, clothes and employment assistance. These services were supported by the state’s ND RENT HELP Housing Facilitator contract.
